The upcoming 2023 Cadillac Escalade is the redesigned variant that will receive some upgrades for the following year. This flagship model looks massive, and its design is the interpretation of modern American luxury. Fine leather, genuine wood, and shiny metal trims are all over its cabin, but the highlight is definitively a new digital display that dominates the dashboard.

The Escalades will deploy standard 6.2-liter V-8, but Cadillac also offers a more fuel-efficient 3.0-liter turbo-diesel inline-six as an option. No matter which engine you choose, the Escalade provides excellent performance and great handling. According to Cadillac, the new SUV will debut next year as the 2023 model. As far as we know, the manufacturer will also introduce alongside engines above the new electric system.

What’s New?

Unfortunately, there are no significant refreshments to the 2023 Cadillac Escalade at all. The manufacturer only makes some small changes on the front fascia, making it more eye-catching. The much thinners LED headlights are present, as well as wider grille with a new pattern. In general, we like its massive grille and attractive hood that leaving a sporty vibe impression.

The Cadillac Escalade is relatively unchanged, and it features the same taillights, tailgate, and attractive wheels. No surprise, really, considering that last year’s model was refreshed much more. Like before, this SUV remains the most luxurious body-on-frame sport utility vehicle.

The displays remind us very much of the Mercedes-Benz GLS-class’s giant monolithic infotainment setup.

Other tech features that are available include a navigation system, rear-seat entertainment package with two 12.6-inch displays, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration, and a Wi-Fi hotspot are also standard. A 19-speaker Studio Sound system comes standard on the Luxury, Sport, and Premium Luxury models, while Platinum trims get 36 AKG speakers.

Under the hood, the forthcoming 2023 Cadillac Escalade will be powered by two engine choices. An all-electric variant is in the works as well. The standard one is a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that makes 420 horsepower.

As optional, the manufacturer offers a turbo-diesel 3.0-liter inline-six with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This unit is ideal for cruising, providing excellent fuel efficiency.
