Four adults should find ample space, and the Hyundai Santa Fe comes with cargo behind that can hold bulky items or a load of luggage.

Hyundai has also baked something new, and we should expect a host of driver-assistance features as standard.

2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Redesign

Like the bigger Hyundai Palisade model, the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe bears the same family resemblance. It features the same attractive design that dominates on the front end. You’ll probably either love or hate its new gaping grille flanked by a T-shaped light signature. In general, the body is nicely sculpted, and we like its new headlights.

There’s also a new XRT trim that should give a more rugged appearance. According to the manufacturer, this trim will include some unique touches like lots of black exterior trim, more unique wheels, a roof rack, and side steps.

Cabin Improvements

On the inside, we cont expect significant changes compared to the outgoing model. The 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe is a midsize 2-row crossover that offers pretty generous interior space for passengers and cargo. In general, there’s plenty of legroom and headroom to comfortably accommodate five adults. However, it gets a little cramped in the back is all seats are occupied.

The interior is very nice, and everything is made of good quality materials. The base model is equipped with an 8-inch infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay. Things get pretty crazy in the upper trims, especially the top Calligraphy trim. This model includes Nappa leather seats, premium door trim, an eco-suede headliner, and expanded interior accent lighting, a color head-up display, and auto up/down rear windows.
