The new 2023 Infiniti QX30 will arrive later this year, featuring refreshed styling. This SUV is one of the most compact models in the class that feels quiet and smooth on the road. However, like the model before, the new one comes with the premium cabin that doesn’t provide much room for rear passengers. Fortunately, the passengers on the front can enjoy all the benefit that this SUV offers.

So, if you’re seeking for a premium small SUV, you have a huge number of choices at this moment. Basically, you can get the new Audi Q3, Mercedes GLA, Mini Countryman or even the BMW X1. All mentioned models provide quiet and smooth drive, but most of them lack rear space, just like the Infiniti QX30.

2023 Infiniti QX30 Design

The 2023 Infiniti QX30 looks more attractive than before thanks to muscular body lines. One of the few things that distinguish this model from rivals is the sleek and compact design. Like the model before, the Infiniti QX3 looks more like a striking hatchback than a traditional SUV. It features an attractive grille, unique LED headlights, and boomerang-like rear-window pillar.

Unlike the FWD models, the all-wheel models ride a bit higher, with eight inches of ground clearance vs. the standard 6.8. The Sport model is the most eye-catchy thanks to gloss-black grille, black mirror housings and other exterior bits.

Cabin Upgrades

Inside, the forthcoming 2023 Infiniti QX30 looks luxurious, and it borrowed many elements from the Mercedes A-Class. Like before, this small crossover is not so roomy behind, but on the front it’s very comfortable. Without exaggeration, the well-built cabin of this model is identical to the GLA’s.

It features a 7-inch touchscreen with voice recognition and a built-in satnav. The Infiniti QX30 also has basic features such as Bluetooth, navigation, USB-C ports, and it supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Overall, the design is modern and the new model will come with more driver assist features. As standard, it includes seatbelt pre-tensioners in the first and second rows, blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, and lane-departure prevention.

2023 Infiniti QX30 Engine Performance

Under the hood, the 2023 Infiniti QX30 will be powered by the new four-cylinder engine. As far as we know, it will use a 2.2-litre diesel engine, which provides 170 horsepower. With this engine, the Infiniti QX30 can run from 0-62mph in 8.5 seconds. The seven-speed automatic gearbox is used, and it offers very smooth shifting.

Besides this engine, we’re also expecting the same 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-4 that produces 208 horsepower. This engine like the first one will use the same transmission and front-wheel drive (FWD). However, you can still get optionally a traction-enhancing all-wheel drive (AWD).
