The new 2023 Lexus RX 350 will arrive next year with a plush cabin and more technology features than its predecessor. This compact luxury SUV is one of the most recognized models in class thanks to its aggressive styling. However, despite its aggressive design, the RX also delivers a very calm ride and great fuel-efficient powertrain offerings. The standard model uses a 3.5-liter V-6, but you can still upgrade to a hybrid powertrain that makes 308 horsepower.

As before, the standard RX comes with two-row of seats, but there’s also an extended-length L model that can accumulate up to seven passengers across three rows.

2023 Lexus RX 350 Facelift

The 2023 Lexus RX 350 will be more premium than before. While some of the elements remain the same, the manufacturer revised its grille, headlights and taillights. The same treatment will also be used on a more larger L variant. In general, the most attractions will take the Black Line model, which is limited to only 2,500 units.

As the name suggests, this model will bring more black elements to the SUV including wheels, grille, and side mirror housings. According to Lexus, the new RX will be now offered with more paint choices. Overall, you can choose colors like Cloudburst Gray and Iridium, plus Grecian Water.

What’s New?

The forthcoming 2023 Lexus RX 350 will come with a nicer cabin filled with tech. As before, the standard 5-seater version is offering 32.6 cubic feet when seats are down, while the long-wheelbase/3-row version 58.5 cubic feet. As for the techs, the infotainment system includes an 8-inch display, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, Amazon Alexa, and a 9-speaker audio setup.

Like the LX model, the safety features of the RX are plentiful. With the base model, you can count on a forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, and blind-spot monitoring.

The new 2023 Lexus RX is an SUV that’s available with three engine options. The 3.5-liter V6 is under the hoods of the RX 350/RX 350L models, and it develops 295 horsepower. This unit sends drive to the front wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission, while an all-wheel drive is still optional.

The RX 450h/RX 450hL variants are hybrids, and both use the same 3.5-liter V6 coupled with three electric motors. According to Lexus, one motor drives the rear wheels while other two deals with the fronts, creating an all-wheel drive as standard. The total output of this model is 308 horsepower. Both units can pull a maximum 3,500 pounds.
