The brand-new 2024 Lexus TX is expected to arrive next year, and it will be based on the upcoming Toyota Grand Highlander. This means that there will be three rows of seating and enough room for up to eight people with the optional second-row bench seating. From what we heard, the third row should be more comfortable than Lexus’s current RX L.

Unfortunately, the engine specs are currently unknown, but it is very likely that the TX will at least offer one hybrid powertrain option, though we’re also expecting to see a PHEV version as well. Read along to find out more about the upcoming Lexus TX.

2024 Lexus TX Exterior Design

At this point, we don’t know what the 2024 Lexus TX design will look like. Some renderings are available, but we cannot rely on them completely. Judging by them, the forthcoming Lexus TX will look exactly the same as the LX models.

The design language is unchanged and the rendered TX wears the same front fascia. We must admit that we noticed some small changes regarding the headlights of this SUV, but everything else remained the same. The TX is rolling on the same attractive wheels, featuring the same tires as the LX model. Anyway, it seems that the rear has been updated with more attractive taillights.

Luxury Cabin

Inside, the 2024 Lexus TX will come with a very spacious and luxurious cabin. Overall, the TX is supposed to offer seating for up to eight with the optional second-row bench seating. According to Lexus, the new model will be even more comfortable compared to the largest RX L. Lexus will add more quality materials and will introduce more technology.

As always, safety and technology from this automaker are among the best. Lexus will reportedly introduce a new semi-automated driving system with hands-free driving. Also, we can expect a new remote parking feature that should enable us to park and unpark from outside of the car by using a smartphone.

2024 Lexus TX Engine Specs:

As we said, the new 2024 Lexus TX will ride on an extended version of the unibody platform that’s also used on the Toyota Highlander crossover.

This means that the platform will be able to handle large batteries. So, we can make a safe assumption that Lexus TX will be powered by hybrid or PHEV systems. However, additional details about this SUV, including powertrain options, will be revealed closer to the TX’s launch.
